AcoustiCare is owned and run by Tim Cleave who is a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist and member of BSHAA the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists.

Tim has worked in the hearing industry since 2001 after a 10 year career with the Cornwall Ambulance Service on front line emergency ambulances.

During his time in the hearing industry Tim has worked for two national hearing companies prior to starting AcoustiCare.

We operate from several centres throughout Dorset, including Poole Medical Centre and Swanage Therapy Centre. We also can bring all equipment we need directly to you at your home or place of work.

Using third party centres and visiting clients at home AcoustiCare is able to keep overheads to a minimum. We also reduce our marketing costs to a minimum by advertising in small local publications and on the internet, also a lot of our business comes from referrals and recommendation. These cost savings are passed on directly to our clients.

Following the closure of the Hearing Aid Council in April 2010, AcoustiCare was the first hearing company to be registered with BHTA the British Healthcare Trades Association who have a Code of Practice approved by the Office of Fair Trading which ensures higher standards of customer protection than the law requires, for more information on the BHTA click on the logo below.
